Branch Report
The Branch Report compares your branches: what each one sold, and how much money each one took in.
Who can see it: Owner, Admin, and Staff with the Reports & activity permission. It appears only when your company has more than one branch. See Branches.
Open it from Reports → Branch Report in the menu.
Choose the dates the same way as on Staff Sales. Both reports cover the same days for the same choice.
Sales by branch
Paid invoices, counted at the branch on the invoice.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid Invoices | How many invoices were paid |
| Paid Sales | Their total |
| Credits | Credit notes against those sales |
| Net Sales | Paid sales less credits |
| Paid from stored value | How much of the sales customers paid from their wallet |
Collections by branch
The money actually taken at each branch. A sale paid from stored value isn't new money, so it isn't counted here. A top-up counts at the branch where it was paid.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invoice payments | Money received for invoices |
| Top-ups | Money received for stored value top-ups |
| Refunds | Money paid back |
| Net collected | Invoice payments and top-ups, less refunds |
Records from before you added branches show as Not recorded.
Use Sales by branch to see which branch sells most, and Collections by branch to match each branch's takings with its cash and bank records.
