App Notifications

App Notifications is a log of every notification your store has sent to customers in the Customer App, and whether each push notification reached their phone.

Who can see it: Owner, Admin, and Staff with the Marketing & automation permission.

Open it from Engagement → App Notifications in the menu.

What gets sent

Kyglu CRM sends app notifications automatically when something happens. Each one goes to the customer's in-app inbox, and also as a push notification when their phone allows it.

CategoryNotifications
AppointmentAppointment requested, confirmed, rejected, rescheduled, reminders, and a change of staff
PointsPoints earned or reversed
MarketingPromotions and birthday offers
SystemStore invitations, membership changes, tier changes, packages expiring, and packages used or ended by someone the customer booked for

Marketing pushes go only to customers who allow marketing notifications. Every notification still appears in their inbox.

The log

Each row shows the time, customer, notification, whether the customer has Read it, and the Push status. Search by title, content or customer, or filter by category, type or Unread only.

Common push statuses:

StatusMeaning
Submitted to FCMSent to the customer's phone
PendingWaiting to be sent
FailedCouldn't be delivered
Notifications offThe customer turned this kind of notification off
No consent at send timeThe customer hadn't allowed marketing notifications

When there's no push, the notification is still in the customer's inbox.
