Plans & Free Trial
Kyglu CRM is billed per company, not per person. Your plan decides how many team members and locations you can have, and how many automated WhatsApp reminders you can send each month.
Who can see it: Owner only. The Billing page is under Tools & Settings in the menu. Everyone can see the current plan name at the top of the screen.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't need a card.
- During the trial you get the Pro plan's limits.
- You can send up to 5 automated WhatsApp reminders a month.
- The Billing page shows when the trial ends and how many days are left.
When the trial ends without a subscription, your account becomes read-only. All your records are kept, and you can view them, but nobody can add or change anything until the Owner subscribes.

See current prices on the Kyglu pricing page. The Billing page also shows prices in your billing currency. Malaysian accounts are billed in MYR, Singapore accounts in SGD, and others in USD.
Monthly or yearly
Every plan can be billed Monthly or Yearly. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Extra capacity
On a paid plan you can buy more team members or locations without changing plan. See Managing Your Subscription.
Extra WhatsApp messages
If you use up your monthly WhatsApp reminders, the Owner can buy a pack of extra messages on the Billing page. Bought messages never expire and are used only after the monthly allowance runs out. Packs are available on paid plans only.
Without extra messages, automated reminders pause until the 1st of next month. Click-to-chat messages you send yourself are never limited. See WhatsApp.
